That’s what you said when you looked in that mirror and realized that your team isn’t where it needs to be. It’s up to you to TURN IT AROUND.

This is the fifth tutorial on leading a turnaround. So far, in addition to admitting that we suck, we have:

1. Defined our desired end-state quantitatively and qualitatively. Our target.
2. Put together a reality read-out on the current state of our people, processes, and technology operations. Rose colored glasses off.
